✨All Sales Are Final — Here’s Why:

Due to the intimate and personal nature of many of our products — including wellness supplements, menstrual care, wearable items, and therapeutic accessories — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

But don’t worry — if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.


🌸 Refunds or Store Credit May Be Issued If:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue

• Your order never arrives and tracking cannot confirm delivery

In these cases, we’ll do our best to offer a refund, store credit, or replacement based on the situation and product availability.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, order errors, or delayed shipments outside our control.
